Notifications - Admin Confirmation Email
For time-sensitive surveys, often, it's best to be notified of incoming completed survey responses immediately. To receive email notifications for every completed survey response, you can enable admin confirmation email notifications.
How can I enable admin confirmation email notifications?
To enable admin confirmation emails, go to:
My Surveys (Select Survey) » Edit » Settings » NotificationsHere, enable the toggle for the Admin Confirmation notification.
Can I send admin confirmation email to others?
Yes. Click on the Admin Confirmation text to add other email addresses.
Here, you can add additional email addresses in the To field.For accounts with teams, you can also select other users from your team to receive the notifications. You can also choose to include response and system variable information with the notification email.
Can I send admin confirmation in a specific language?
Yes. For multilingual surveys, you will see the Language drop-down to select the language for the notification.
You can choose the Survey Language and the email will be sent in the language chosen by the respondent for answering the survey. You can also choose either the default language or any specific language to receive the notifications.
The Signature question type is not supported in the email notification. The signature will be replaced by a dot in the email notification.
