I have checked my dashboard but I am not getting drop out count, what can be the reason?

To get the dropout count, your survey must have a page break. Without a page break, drop-out analysis will not work. So, if your survey has more than one page then and then only you will get a drop-out count. If the survey is a single page survey then you will not get a drop-out count.
