How is Chain Survey in CX intended to work regarding workspaces and survey ownership?
Could you please clarify the following points regarding Chain Survey in CX?
- 1. Is Chain Survey in CX intended to work only within the same workspace or also across multiple workspaces?
- 2. Which surveys are intended to appear in the Chain Survey dropdown?
- only surveys where the current user is the survey owner/creator
or
- surveys based on workspace access/permissions?
3. If multiple users have access to the same CX workspace, should they also be able to view and maintain the same Chain Survey logic?
